Meet Jim Saylor, our founder.

James H. Saylor has over 30 years extensive experience in developing high performance organizations in many industries. In addition, he has broad practical experience creating WINNERS in many public and private organizations. He has hands-on experience in executive leadership, operations, logistics, sales, program management, organizational development, training, and customer service.

He has coached teams to achieve results in strategic planning, business development, organizational design, sales, customer response and business process improvement. He has prepared and presented many workshops nationally and internationally.

Jim has a master's degree in logistics and a bachelor of science degree in business administration. James H. Saylor is the author of the TQM Field Manual, TQM Simplified and Customer-Driven Project Management (first and second edition).
